CEO
MARCELO CEDEÑO
Marcelo has a B.A in modern languages and literature from Kennesaw State University. He has been a court certified interpreter since 2004 and a nationally certified medical interpreter since 2014. He is one of the instructors for the certification program of the Georgia Commission on Interpreters, and from 2013 to 2018 he was one of the representatives of interpreters to the Georgia Supreme Court. In 2015, he produced and directed the documentary Beyond Words, which tackles the issue of vicarious trauma in the interpretation field. This documentary has been used as a teaching tool in classes and programs around the country. He is a former president of the Medical Interpreter Network of Georgia and the former lead interpreter coordinator for Fulton County State Court.

SILVANA BRUCE
Silvana holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Oceanography and is a nationally certified medical interpreter with 20 years of experience. She specializes in community interpreting, including healthcare communication, with highly developed multicultural skills and awareness in multilingual team management, as well as a strong multicultural background in both the public and private sectors. She has lived in Europe and the Americas, and has held several positions in the United Nations, Geneva, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. Silvana joined Link2Spanish in 2005 as a free-lance Interpreter. Silvana is married and has 3 children and a granddaughter.

MARIEL ARTEAGA
Mariel Arteaga was born in Chone, Ecuador. She obtained a master’s degree in Marketing Research at the Complutense University of Madrid. In 2004, she worked as a trainee for Coca Cola in Ecuador. She later developed a career in areas such as education and event organization. In 2010, she began a career in public service in her native country where she worked in public and private markets, creating public policy for the social economy, entrepreneurship, development of fairs, and inclusive strategies, among other things. In 2017, she was part of the PAI study, a project of the Department of Marketing and Market Research of the Complutense University of Madrid – UCM as a research assistant The project aimed to standardize the terms, protocols, and models of Neuromarketing studies in Spain. She joined Spanglish Multilingual Agency as the Project Manager in 2022.

MICHELLE HADDOCK
Michelle Haddock was raised in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor in Humanities and a concentration in French. Part of her career journey was being a travel agent for 18 years. Michelle has 2 sons. She has danced ballet since she was 3 years old. She was part of the Ballet of San Juan Company. She currently teaches ballet and yoga to elementary school children. In 2005 Michelle took the training from the Georgia Commission on Interpreters and became a qualified legal interpreter. She worked as a contractor for 3 years and in 2008 she became a qualified Medical Interpreter through Bridging the Gap. She worked as a Spanish medical interpreter for Grady Health System for 5 years. In 2011 she started her 12 year career with Emory Healthcare in which she started as a full-time Spanish medical interpreter and soon after was promoted as the Manager of the Emory Medical Interpretation and Translation services department. Michelle served twice as the treasurer of Medical Interpreters Network of Georgia (MING) once in 2012 and in 2019.

SARA Steger
Sara is a Georgia native, who has been greatly shaped by her Mexican American upbringing. After growing older and seeing the beautiful impact languages have on relationships and community, she went on to study Spanish Modern Languages at the University of North Georgia where she accomplished staying on the president’s list and vice presidents list all 4 years. Always looking for ways to grow and hone her skills, she also completed an internship with Boy with A Ball Gwinnett, a nonprofit that serves Spanish- speakers in Lawrenceville and Norcross. A newer addition to ONE LSP, she is using her administrative and relational skills to bring quality service to interpreters, clients, and members of the community.

DANIA DAVERN
Dania Davern was born in Zacapa, Guatemala. She earned a degree in Biology from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala. She worked as the manager of the Zoology section at the Conservation Data Center, a research branch of the University of San Carlos. Simultaneously, she served as a medical interpreter for two medical missions in the country: Medical Missions Ministry and Helps International. These roles allowed her to travel throughout the country, serving people from various dialects and backgrounds.
In 2000, she moved to Georgia, United States, where she worked for several years as a Spanish teacher at a local private school. For 14 years, she homeschooled her children in a bilingual environment to ensure they retained their knowledge of Spanish. In 2018, she began working with Spanglish Multilingual Agency (now ONE Language Services), where she remained for five years in the administrative department, before transitioning to freelance interpreting for ONE Language Services in the Forsyth County Schools district in 2022. In 2024, Dania returned to an administrative role at ONE Language Services, where she currently serves as a Recruiter and Compliance Officer.
LEAD INTERPRETER
ANA SALVADORE
Ana received an international baccalaureate from St Clare’s Hall Junior College in Oxford, England. She later obtained a B.A in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Before moving back to the U.S. in the late 2000s, Ana worked in radio and television. She has also worked in public relations, advertising, and film production. Ana is a medical, court, and community interpreter with over a decade of experience in the field. She joined Spanglish Agency in 2016, working as a free- lance interpreter, and in 2018 she began working in the interpreters’ department at Emory Healthcare. Ana is the current vice-president of the Medical Interpreter Network of Georgia.

Joseph Christian Quiambao
Once served as the president of a youth organization in his community during his early years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, majoring in Marketing Management, from Cavite State University – Bacoor while working. He has several years of experience in the BPO industry, having held various roles including Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, and Administrative Assistant across different companies. JC consistently demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in assisting clients with inquiries, technical concerns, and logistics. During the pandemic, he further enhanced his skills by attending seminars on data analysis, time and task management, and business integrity. His outstanding work ethic has earned him recognitions during his time in his previous companies.

Aira Tolosa, is from the Philippines. Graduated from Southern Luzon Technological College Foundation in Computer Programming course. Aira has 4 years of in customer support, social media management, and administrative tasks — all of which strengthened her skills in organization and client service. Recently Aira transitioned into a Junior Recruitment and Compliance Assistant role, focusing on candidate support, onboarding, and compliance tracking.
